How will I receive my digital files after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email with a download link. You can also access your files at any time by logging into your account and visiting the 'Downloads' section.
What file formats are included with my download?
Each design typically includes SVG, DXF, PNG, and EPS formats to ensure compatibility with Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, and other professional cutting software.
Can I use these designs for commercial products?
Yes, our standard license allows you to use the designs for physical end-products like t-shirts or mugs for sale. However, reselling or redistributing the digital files themselves is strictly prohibited.
What is your refund policy for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue with a file or find a defect, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
Do I need a specific machine to use these files?
Our files are optimized for popular cutting machines like Cricut, Silhouette, and Brother ScanNCut. If you are using a basic printer for iron-on transfers, the PNG files are perfect for that application.
What should I do if my SVG file opens as a web browser icon?
This is a common computer setting where SVGs are associated with your browser. You can still upload the file directly into your cutting software (like Cricut Design Space) by using the 'Upload' button within the app.
